Service Description. This Site describes Floor Refinishing, Floor Staining, Flooring Installation, Floor Repair, Floor Polishing provided by Wood Works Flooring. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Wood Works Flooring or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. Wood Works Flooring may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

No Warranties. Wood Works Flooring disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Wood Works Flooring's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Wood Works Flooring from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. OK law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in OK.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
